What is required from new customers?

All new customers are required to submit a close up of their government issued ID, a selfie holding the ID and address verification via email prior to ordering. We will not bend on this rule. This is to verify that you are of age and helps to insure the safety of our drivers. New customer orders will be placed on hold until the verification process has been completed.

Please let us know in the order notes if you are a new customer.

All new customers will receive a 1 gram pre-roll with their first order.

We only accept cash on delivery, we do not accept e-transfer or debit at this time.


What are your delivery areas?

We deliver to addresses within Edmonton and the surrounding areas. (St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Beaumont, Devon, LeDuc, Androssan and Fort Sask.)

If you are further outside of town, we will be having deliveries that will be going to Morinville and surrounding areas on Tuesdays (orders must before 10am Tuesday morning) , Calmar and surrounding areas on Thursdays. More out of town locations may be added in the future if the need arises.

The “Checkout” page will ask for your address and it will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you.


How long does a delivery typically take?

From placing the order to your delivery we try to stay under 2 hours. The most common delivery time is 1 to 4 hours. It is a big city, traffic, construction and road/bridge closures can affect times as well. Please contact the office for an ETA of your order, our drivers will also contact you when they are headed to your delivery location. The start of the timer for morning orders is 10am. (Out of town orders to Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Ft Sask, Beaumont, LeDuc and Devon don’t apply as we need to squeeze these orders in where feasible.) Cut off times for same day delivery is 30 mins before closing. This gives us time to get the orders completed and out to the drivers in a timely manner for the closing run. Someone will still be available via phone for questions until closing.  If you have questions or concerns after hours, email is the best option.

NOTE: Please be courteous and expect delays during inclement weather, Holidays (including 4-20) and our busiest days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) as well as check days and the end of the month. We will do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible during those times. Typical Times on those days can avg 2-4 hours.

How much does shipping cost?

Anywhere in Edmonton inside the Anthony Henday is $5.

If you are on the outskirts or outside of the Anthony Henday it’s $10 (Including St Albert and Sherwood Park.)

If you are in Beaumont, Devon, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, it’s $20.

Morinville area (Tuesdays only) & Calmar (Thursdays only) the delivery fee is $30.

Locations that are further from town are at our discretion and will have a higher minimum order and delivery fee. Please contact this office to discuss options for as scheduled delivery.

All delivery fees go to your delivery driver as part of their pay!

What are the delivery hours?

Our office hours are:
Monday-Thursday: 10am to 6pm
Friday – Saturday: 10am to 8 pm
Sunday: 12pm to 6pm

Delivery pickup times start at 11am with the final run leaving at the office close of business, the driver will leave with all remaining orders at this time. Please make sure your order is submitted at least 30 mins before the office closing time to ensure same day delivery. Orders that come in after the cut off time are subject to being sent out the following morning. Please text in to let us know if you need to make other arrangements for your delivery.

Your driver will contact you with an eta for that specific order, they do not have information regarding other orders. You will be able to see which driver you are assigned to in your account. Please use the customer notes for any pertinent information. ie: front or back door, directions if your address is hard to find via google, if you need it before or after a certain time, etc.
