Everything you need to know before placing your first order

What is required from new customers? +

All new customers are required to submit the following before their order ships:

  • A close-up photo of your government-issued ID
  • A selfie holding the ID
  • Address verification via email

We will not bend on this rule — it verifies your age and ensures the safety of our drivers. New customer orders will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

We only accept cash on delivery. We do not accept e-transfer or debit at this time.

How long does a delivery typically take? +

We do same day delivery! The most common delivery time is 1 to 4 hours from when your order is confirmed.

Factors that can affect delivery times:

  • Traffic, construction, and road/bridge closures
  • Inclement weather
  • Busy days — Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, check days, and end of month (avg 2–6 hours)
  • Holidays, including 4/20
Cut-off for same-day delivery is 30 minutes before closing. Orders placed after the cut-off will go out the following morning. The timer for morning orders starts at 11am.

Your driver will contact you with an ETA when they're headed to your location. Please use customer notes for delivery instructions (front/back door, entry codes, timing preferences, etc.).

The final delivery run leaves the office at closing time. Make sure your order is submitted at least 30 minutes before closing to ensure same-day delivery.

How do I place an order if I'm having issues with the website? +

If you're having issues placing an order online, text the office at 780-237-7430 and we can place it for you directly. We're available during all regular business hours.

What payment methods do you accept? +

💵 We only accept cash on delivery. We do not accept e-transfer or debit at this time. Please have the exact amount or close to it ready for your driver.

What is Flora Rewards and how do I earn points? +

Flora Rewards is our loyalty program. Every $1 you spend = 1 point. Points can be redeemed for discounts at checkout.
