All new customers are required to submit the following before their order ships:

  • A close-up photo of your government-issued ID
  • A selfie holding the ID
  • Address verification via email

We will not bend on this rule — it verifies your age and ensures the safety of our drivers. New customer orders will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

We accept cash on delivery and Interac e-Transfer.

Most deliveries inside the Anthony Henday arrive within 1–4 hours of your order being confirmed. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 7:30 PM.
